About Brídín Mullan
Brídín began teaching in 2011 after training in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga in Thailand. Nearly 20 years of dedicated practice later, her credentials include Yoga Alliance Professionals registration, specialist Yin yoga certification, children's yoga training, and advanced meditation studies. In 2015 she founded Orba Yoga Spa & Health Spa the dedicated home of yoga, meditation, and wellness in Omagh. Today she guides group classes, private students, teacher trainees, and retreat participants across Northern Ireland.

YEARS PRACTICE
Bridin Mullan is an experienced and dedicated practitioner with nearly two decades of experience. She began her teaching journey in 2011, training in Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga in Thailand.
Returning to Ireland, she continued to explore her practice through Yin Yoga, Children’s Yoga, and Meditation. Bridin is the visionary founder of Orba Yoga Spa & Wellness Centre, a sanctuary she established to provide a dedicated space for practice and healing.
